01 / A little less telling. A lot more showing.

Here's the work.

Creative samples, a website I coded, and operations work with the private details left out.

Creative portfolio samples

One brand.
Plenty of ways
to tell its story.

For iTip, I explored a coordinated social starter kit and motion pieces: introductions, explainers, and product storytelling with a consistent visual direction.

  • Social post concepts
  • Short-form motion design
  • Multiple layouts and formats

These are creative portfolio samples, not a claim of a launched campaign or verified product performance. Product statements belong to the sample creative and need brand approval before use.

From founder ideas
to a live website.

I designed and coded DoGoodie Builders, with clear participation journeys, responsive pages, and launch checks.

Operations / Coordination + QA

A workflow that
doesn't lose the details.

For ECL, my work focused on requirements, coordination, and multi-role QA. This sanitized map shows the workflow without exposing internal records.

Collaborative system work, not a claim of sole development. The walkthrough loads Loom only after you choose to open it.

The work behind the work

Yes, I've been
the founder's EA.

At DoGoodie, I turned voice notes, screenshots, and half-formed requests into scoped projects, clear owners, research, and next steps. I helped coordinate the work and check what actually got delivered.

You can bring me the messy version. We can figure out what needs attention first.

02 / More than a pretty post

What's sitting on
your to-do list?

Need an assistant who can also build, create, and test? Choose the support your business actually needs.

01

Founder +
executive support.

Organize requests, prepare meeting notes, coordinate tasks, follow up on next steps, and keep projects from getting lost in the shuffle.

EA + project coordination
02

Research that
makes sense.

Company and market research, source checks, organized records, spreadsheet cleanup, and summaries that help you make a decision.

Research + admin support
03

Content with
a creative side.

Branded graphics, short videos, motion explainers, captions, and content calendars. Help with preparing and scheduling approved posts, too.

Graphics + video + content support
04

A website you
can actually use.

Build a business website or landing page, update an existing one, improve inquiry journeys, and hand over something you can maintain.

Website builds + ongoing updates
05

Catch the
little surprises.

Test your website or app's user journeys, forms, mobile layouts, and permissions. Clear bug reports, fix checks, and regression notes.

Website + application QA
06

Less repeating.
More breathing room.

Map a recurring process, set up trackers and SOPs, and build scoped workflow or AI automations with approval checks and documented handoffs.

Systems + workflow automation

Each project gets its own plan. I confirm the tools, access, complexity, and review requirements before accepting the work.

03 / Picture this for your business

Good work deserves
a clear next step.

Two fictional concepts showing how content and practical support can work together. Not commissioned client projects.

Fictional window-treatment campaign concept: Room for light, with an illustrated window and shadesIllustrative concept / not a real installation

Beautiful projects.
Easier inquiries.

Show the work you've already done, explain the options, and help customers understand how to book a consultation.

  1. Show it: project stories from your approved photos.
  2. Explain it: product comparisons and helpful FAQs.
  3. Connect it: a clear consultation page and organized follow-up.

04 / Your business. Your kind of support.

One project?
An extra pair of hands?

Tell me what you need and the budget you're working with. We'll choose a setup that makes sense.

A specific thing to get done

Project-based.

A website, content batch, QA pass, research brief, or workflow improvement. We agree on the deliverables and quote before starting.

  • Built around your actual goal
  • Clear inclusions, feedback rounds, and handoff
  • No monthly commitment required
Tell me about the project ↗
For support that keeps going

Ongoing support.

A recurring content plan, website upkeep, research queue, or operations support. We review priorities and keep the workload visible.

  • A tailored monthly or hourly arrangement
  • Agreed priorities and capacity
  • Useful updates and organized delivery

Not sure what you need yet?

Send me the messy version.

A voice note, a task list, or “this keeps taking too much time” is a good starting point. I'll help turn it into a workable brief before we agree on the price.

Let's figure it out ↗

Rates and project fees depend on the work, tools, and complexity. We agree on the budget, scope, revisions, and availability before starting. Hosting, subscriptions, paid ads, and other third-party costs are quoted separately where relevant.

05 / You won't have to wonder where things stand

Here's how we work.

01

Talk it through.

What needs doing, who it's for, and what would make it useful.

02

Agree on the scope.

Deliverables, price, assets, approvals, and a realistic delivery plan.

03

Make + check.

You see a preview. I check the details and apply agreed feedback.

04

Hand it over.

Organized files, clear notes, and the next step. No disappearing act.

Creative enough
to explore.
Methodical enough
to check.

A little about me

Hi again. I'm Des.

I'm Destine April Fortaliza, an IT graduate and former executive assistant based in the Philippines. My work brings together founder support, research, QA, websites, systems, and a growing creative portfolio.

I enjoy the “can you figure this out?” kind of work: understanding the problem, organizing the moving parts, and helping the idea become something useful. You get someone who can create, coordinate, and check the details.

What's the thing
you keep putting off?

Send me your website or social page, what you'd like help with, and your budget. I'll suggest a sensible first project.
